Return & Refund Policy

Important Note for Digital Goods: Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the delivery process has begun.

Refund Eligibility:

Full Refund: If the order has not been processed or delivered within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund.

Out of Stock: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

The order has already been successfully delivered to the Game ID provided.

The user provided incorrect account information (e.g., wrong server or character name).

The user changed their mind after the virtual items were credited to their account.

How to Request a Refund:
Please contact our 24/7 support team at patrick@evancouture.co. with your Order ID. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
